Steven J. Tynan has been a Director since 1998 and has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors since 2001. Mr. Tynan is a retired private investor. He co-founded High Ridge Capital LLC, a private equity firm that specialized in the insurance sector, in 1995 and served as a member of the firm through 2009 when all of its remaining portfolio investments were liquidated. Mr. Tynan holds a BBA degree from Hofstra University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Tynan is a director of Orpheus Group Ltd. in Bermuda as well as all of its direct and indirect subsidiaries in Bermuda and the United States, including Calliope Investments Ltd. in Bermuda and Reid Street Services Ltd. in Bermuda.
